高校思政课教师队伍建设现状及优化策略探析——基于四川省的实证调查分析

摘　　要："05方案"实施十年来,四川省大力加强高校思政课教师队伍建设,教师队伍质量不断提高、阵地意识明显增强、培养体系日趋规范,同时仍存在结构不够合理、科研能力急需提升、师德师风有待加强及职业倦怠四大问题。从严格落实思政课建设方针政策、全面优化思政课教师培训体系、大力强化思政课教师道德风尚、切实提高思政教育实效性和积极完善思政课教师激励体系入手,可以全面推进思政课教师队伍建设。After the implementation of w05 PlanM, Sichuan Province strengthens the teacher team construction of ideological and political theory vigorously. The quantity of teacher team is continuously optimized, the position consciousness is obviously enhanced and the training system is becoming more and more standardized. But there are four problems that team structure is not reasonable ,the ability of scientific research is in urgent need of upgrading and teachers ＇ morality should be strengthen, job burnout. Construction of ideological and political theory teacher team can be effectively promoted, from the strict implementation of policy of the ideological and political education, the overall optimization of the ideological and political education system, the vigorous reinforcement of the ideological and political education teachers ＇ moral practice, and the effective improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the active promotion of the ideological and political education teacher incentive system.
