试论我国民族地区涉农紧缺专业技术人才的培养——以甘孜州“定向订单”人才培养模式为例

摘　　要：以成都农业科技职业学院与四川省甘孜藏族自治州"定向订单"人才培养模式为例,探讨甘孜州涉农紧缺专业技术人才培养模式,州校"定向订单"人才培养模式的构建和实施,以及州校"定向订单"人才培养模式对民族地区人才培养的启示,为我国民族地区专业技术人才的培养,解决专业技术人才紧缺问题提供经验借鉴。Talents play a key role in realizing a leap-forward development and a long-term stability in ethnic regions of China. This paper illustrates the exploration and practice of the training model of the mostneeded agricultural professional and technical talents in Ganzi Prefecture by taking the example of directed talent training model co-conducted by Chengdu Agricultural College and the prefecture government. It introduces the construction and implementation of the model,discusses the inspirations of the model to talent cultivation in ethnic regions,and provides experience and reference for training professional and technical talents and solving problems of personnel shortage in ethnic regions.
