摘　　要：随着金融市场化、科技化、国际化、多元化迅速发展,传统的单一结构的金融实验室已不能满足现今金融市场研究的需求。探索金融虚拟仿真实验教学平台,实现金融专业教学中不具备或难以完成的教学功能,对于现代金融人才培养具有十分重要的意义。广东金融学院国家级金融虚拟仿真实验教学中心,基于行业、学校、企业三方多维度协同创新,运用信息技术多重手段,构建起科学有效的金融虚拟仿真实验平台,以培养综合素质高、动手能力强的创新型金融人才为目标,从知识体系走向能力体系最终实现创新能力的培养。With the rapid development of marketization,technicalization and internationalization,diversification in financial field,traditional financial laboratory with a single structure can no longer meet the needs of today ＇s financial markets research. It is of great significance for modern financial personnel training to explore the financial virtual simulation experiment platform and realize the teaching function which does not have or is difficult to complete in a financial professional teaching. Based on tripartite collaborative innovation between industries, universities and business,by using information technology of multiple means,we have built the scientific and effective financial virtual simulation experimental platform to cultivate the innovation financial talents with high comprehensive quality and practical ability. So we ultimately achieve the cultivation of innovation ability through knowledge to capability system.
