摘　　要：陈鹤琴关于我国特殊儿童教育的主要观点有:对我国发展特殊儿童教育事业的意义提出前瞻性见解;坚持借鉴与本土行动研究相结合的主张;提出特殊儿童教育的基本原则;呼吁政府构建完整的特殊儿童教育体系。Abstract： This article aims to study Chen Heqin＇s major views on special children＇s education mat mgnlignt ms forward-looking ideas on the development of special children＇s education in China, his coherent advocacies to integrate foreign reference into native practical research, basic principles concerning special children＇s education, and government-funded construction of a complete system for special children＇s education.
