摘 要:采用热化学聚合法制备了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/壳聚糖(PVP/CS)水凝胶,利用红外光谱和电镜扫描对复合水凝胶进行表征,并讨论了交联剂用量、PVP加入量及CS加入量等主要条件对凝胶溶胀性能的影响。结果表明,在CS 0.2 g、PVP 0.3 g和甲醛1 m L时合成的水凝胶溶胀度超过300%。p H敏感性测试表明,当p H=5时复合水凝胶具有最大溶胀度。温度敏感性测试表明,在55℃时复合水凝胶具有最大溶胀度。抗菌性实验证明,PVP/CS水凝胶对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均无抗菌效果。PVP/CS hydrogels were synthesized by thermopolymerization. The products were studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FI'IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). And the influence of three main conditions on swelling property of hydrogel were discussed. The results showed that the swelling degree of the hydrogels was more than 300 % ,when the addition of CS was 0.2 g,the addition of PVP was 0.3 g and the addition of formaldehyde was 1 mL. pH - sensitive test showed that the swelling degree of the hydrogels could reach the maximum when the pH value reached 5.0. Temperature - sensitive test showed that the swell- ing degree of the hydrogels could reach the maximum when the temperature was above 55 ℃. Antimicrobial experiments illustrated that the antibacterial properties of PVP/CS hydrogels to Escherichacoli and Staphylo- coccus aureus were poor.
