摘　　要：以分析化学实验为例,阐述了其准备工作所需要的综合素质和要求,化工类本科生参与分析化学实验准备工作的重要性,本科生依靠实验老师的科研、大学生创新实验项目和重点实验室等项目,逐渐加入科研工作,实践证明提高了本科生的实验能力,发掘创新思维,培养吃苦耐劳精神,为毕业设计做准备,同时与就业后的工作岗位相结合。The analytical chemistry experiment preparatory work needed for the comprehensive quality and the requirements and chemical engineering undergraduates in the importance of analytical chemistry experiment preparations and establishing the tutorial system was described,relying on the subject of experimental teachers and college students＇ innovative experiment project and the key laboratory of research and motivate students to join the work of scientific research,training undergraduate innovative ability of comprehensive experiment,exercise problem analysis and problem solving ability,ready for the graduation design,and combining with the employment of jobs.
