摘　　要：方剂学科培养研究生的目标是高、精、尖,目前的方剂教学模式正在经受着多种新型教学模式的冲击。因此,我们急需创立一种新的教育模式,而精英型教育计划恰恰满足了新时代教育的需求。精英医生培养模式的重点恰恰是一种新的人才培养模式,这种新的人才培养模式注重基础理论、经典课程思维的培养、科研方式的熏陶、临床实践技能的提高、双导师制、授予双学位、注重医学文化教育等。这种注重核心素养的精英人才培养模式具有中国特色,希望这种模式培养的方剂学研究生具有典型的时代特点、国际特征。The training target on graduate student of the prescription subject is high,fine and top. The current teaching mode is experiencing the impact of a variety of new teaching mode. So it is necessary for us to create a new education mode. Distinguished doctor education plan precisely meet the needs of new times education. The focus of the excellent doctor training mode is a kind of new personnel training mode.Paying attention to the influence of basic theory,classical courses of thinking training,scientific research,clinical practice skills improving,double tutors diversified stereoscopic comprehensive training model are the future modern science of prescription of the development trend of the classroom teaching. This focus on the core accomplishment of elite talent training mode has Chinese characteristics. It is hoped that this model has the typical characteristics of the times and the international characteristics.
