高校政务微博运作机制现状研究——以河北某高校共青团新浪微博为例

摘　　要：高校政务微博作为高校引导学生思想动态、发布校园实时信息、促进广大师生交流互动的主要新媒体平台,兼具新时期大众传媒和高校思想政治教育工具的双重身份。通过对高校政务微博发布内容和运作机制的分析,可看出高校政务微博在微博发布过程中存在发布数量波动性大、内容比例不均衡、微博缺乏互动性、原创性较低、信息来源狭窄等现象。分析其原因主要是高校微博在建设运作过程中缺乏专业性、科学性和制度性。为充分发挥微博平台的影响力和感召力,需从团队建设角度入手,改善高校政务微博运营机制,增加微博活力,提高微博传播质量,为高校的思想政治教育和信息化建设发挥平台作用。Microblog of government affairs in colleges and universities is a major new media plat- form to guide students~ ideological dynamic, release real-time information in campus and promote in- teraction between teachers and students, which integrates the roles of mass media and the tool of ideo- logical and political education in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the contents and operating mechanisms of the sample microblog, we may find problems in the release process such as large fluctuations in the number of published items, content disproportionate, lack of interaction, lower originality, and narrow sources etc. , which mainly attributed to the unprofessional, unscientific and non-institutional operating process. To maximize the positive impact and appeal of microblog plat- form, we need to start from the perspective of team building, improving operating mechanisms, in- creasing the vitality of mieroblog, improving the quality. And expand the influence of new media which serve as the platform of ideological and political education and information construction in colleges and universities.
