摘 要:运用分类教学法对无锡江南大学52名体育弱势群体学生进行为期16周的教学实验,对不同伤残类型学生的身体机能和非身体指标,包括(运动习惯、体育认知、心理)等情况进行测定和评价。结果显示:实施分类教学实验后在身体机能方面,病症类学生肺活量男女生均有明显提高,各种损伤类坐位体前屈女生较男生提高明显,握力男生较女生提高明显,非病理类学生实验后体重指数女生基本接近正常,男生虽仍属于肥胖范畴,但比实验前体重指数明显降低;残疾类学生课后主观感觉良好,身体的灵活性和对体育运动练习方法的运用上都有很大程度的提高。分类教学根据学生不同的伤残情况安排教学内容,教学具有针对性,有效地改善了学生的身体机能,提高了学生的运动能力,改变了学生的体育运动习惯和对体育运动的抵触心理。This study conducted a classified teaching experiment based on 52 students at Jiang-nan University Wuxi who are defined as disadvantaged groups of physical education over a period of 16 weeks. The author carried out a test and made an evaluation on the different types of disabled students' physical function and physical indicators( including exercise habits,sports cognition,psychology). The results are as follows: the implementation of classification teaching experiment in physical function resulted in a dramatic increase in terms of vital capacity for both male and female students. Female students can do the sit-and-reach test better than male students. Otherwise male students' grip strength was improved significantly than female students. In terms of BMI non-pathological female students were basically normal,male students are still obese,but less serious. Disabled students' subjective feelings became positive,the flexibility of the body and on the sports training methods is improved dramatically. According to the student different disability level to arrange teaching content,teaching pertinence,effectively improved the students' body function,sports capacity,changed students' sports habit and psychology of conflict toward sports.
