摘　　要：地方本科院校向应用技术型大学转型发展,是顺应经济发展方式转变、培养社会所需人才的需要。本文针对高校转型发展建设面临的亟待解决的问题:"双师型"教师匮乏、实质性校企合作、高素质应用技术型人才的培养,以武汉东湖学院生命科学与化学学院进行的探索和实践为例,对理科类专业转型发展提出解决问题的方案和有效途径。It complies with the change of economic mode and the social needs of personnel training for local colleges and universities to transform and develop into application - and - skill - oriented colleges and universities. The paper focuses on the problems that should be solved immediately for colleges and universities undergoing transformation and development, i. e. , the lack of academic - practical teachers, substantive college - enterprise cooperation and the training of application - and - skill - oriented personnel of high quality. It is a case study of exploration and practice conducted in College of Life Science and Chemistry, Wuhan Donghu University, for the purpose of proposing effective ways and methods to solve the problems for majors in sciences undergoing transformation and development.
