摘　　要：欧盟《欧洲语言共同参考框架》(CEFR)的出台、衡量英语教学水平的需要以及促进学生自身素质的发展,构成了瑞典国家英语测试的总体背景。研究分析瑞典国家英语测试的理论基础与实践操作,我国英语教学与测试可以在以下方面进行借鉴与突破:以交际性语言测试为方向,坚持"学以致知"与"学以致用"并重的英语测试理念;以学生外语学习需求为主线,尊重个体差异,服务学生个性化发展;以文化背景与语言学习的潜在关联为突破口,夯实跨文化交际的能力基础。The introduction of CEFR, the need to measure the level of English teaching and the need to develop students 'competence in Sweden, constitute the overall background of the Swedish National English Tests. Through the analysis of the theoretical foundation and practical operation of the Swedish National English Tests, English Teaching and testing in China can gain the following enlightenments: making communicative language testing as the direction, and adhering to the equal emphasis on which English testing philosophy of'learn to know'and'learn to practice'; making students' foreign language learning needs as the main line, respecting for individual differences and servicing to the students 'individual development; making cultural background and language learning potential associations as a breakthrough point in practice, strengthening the ability-oriented basis of intercultural communications.
