摘  要:作为最普遍的、最有效的组织形式,团队在逐渐变化的市场中变得越来越重要。在人力资源管理中,如何管理和有效的运作团队成为企业和学者探讨研究的重点。尤其对于国企来说,团队有效性具有重要的管理价值。本文以中国发电企业为应用背景,利用Campion团队有效性模型提出相关假设,科学合理地构建基于工作设计、团队构成、互依性、团队构成、环境五个维度的评价指标体系,采用问卷调查的方法获取样本数据,运用相关性分析法和层次分析法对指标数据进行处理,通过实证分析研究Campion团队有效性模型在发电企业的适用性,并根据实证研究结果提出改善班组管理的建议。As the most common and most effective form of organization, team is becoming more and more important in the gradually changing market. Along with the progress, the electric power enterprise applies the new technology, new equipment and new technology application into various fields gradually. However, there are a lot of problems in the reform and development of resistance. This article will study on applicability of the team effectiveness model from perspective of power generation enterprises in China, selecting team effectiveness model and making the corresponding hypotheses and analyzing the data. Finally management suggestions and measures for improving the team management are put forward in hope of improving organizational performance.
