消化系统肿瘤病人营养知信行现状及其相关因素调查

摘　　要：目的:了解消化系统肿瘤病人营养知识、态度、行为的现状,探讨社会支持、自我效能水平与消化系统肿瘤病人营养知识、态度、行为的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样,对安徽省两所三甲医院普通外科住院的消化系统肿瘤病人进行问卷调查。结果:共收集样本220例。消化系统肿瘤病人营养知识、营养态度、营养行为各维度平均分分别为(7.15±4.17)分、(15.43±3.31)分、(15.90±3.14)分,与营养知识、态度、行为等呈正相关(P﹤0.05);营养知识、态度、行为水平与其社会支持、自我效能呈正相关(P﹤0.05)。结论:消化系统肿瘤病人营养知识缺乏,营养行为较差,但态度积极。医护人员在对病人进行营养教育的过程中,应重视社会支持系统的作用,提高病人自我效能水平,从而促进病人营养行为的改变。Objective： To investigate the condition of nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice of digestive cancer patients, explore the correlationbetween their nutrition knowledge, attitude, practice andthe social support, self-efficacy. Methods： Digestive cancer patients in two hospitals of grade A tertiary in Anhui Province were conducted field survey by convenience sampling. Results： The study has collected 220 cases. The average score of the dimensions of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior for patients was （7.15±4.17） points, （ 15.43± 3.31 ） points and （ 15.90±3.14） points respectively. There was a positive correlated relationship among them （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive correlated was found as followed：nutrition KAP and social support; nutrition KAP and self-efficacy. Conclusion： The KAP status for digestive cancer patients is unsatisfied as lack of knowledge of nutrition, positive nutrition attitude and poor nutrition behavior. The medical staff should value the role of social support, helping patients to take good advantage of social support system and improve the patients＇ self-efficacy in the process of nutrition education so as to promote nutrition behavior change.
