摘　　要：生涯规划可以帮助学生清晰地认识自我、认识职业、认识环境、认识社会。本文通过对晋城职业技术学院旅游专业学生专业选择、专业兴趣、专业学习状况、职业规划意识、自我认知、环境适应和自我管理等职业发展要素的调查分析,提出了开展专业认同教育、跟踪指导生涯规划和拓展专业技能素质等生涯规划对策,从而使高职院校生涯规划指导更具科学性和针对性,也更容易使学生获得就业和创业的成功,拥有幸福快乐的人生。Career planning can help students to understand themselves clearly, to know their career and torecognize the environment and the society. The paper puts forward career planning countermeasures, which in-clude carrying out professional identity education, supervising career planning after training and professionalskills development by investigating and analyzing career development elements of students who major in tour-ism in Jincheng Institute of College such as professional choice, professional interest, professional training, ca-reer planning consciousness, self-cognition, environmental adaptation and self-management. We hope that con-structive proposals can help higher vocational colleges career guidance to be more scientific and pertinent, andstudents can obtain employment and entrepreneurial success more easily and have a happy life.
