摘　　要：通过对S大学部分专业学位研究生校外兼职导师进行访谈,发现校外兼职导师与大学间并非契约化的权利义务关系,学校相关管理制度的"宣称性"意义大于"规制性"的意义,校外兼职导师从事工作的动力更多地来源于多元化的文化价值目标追求,兼职导师群体内部有较强的连带产品属性。By interviewing some off-campus part-time supervisors for professional degree graduates in S University, it has been found out that the off-campus part-time supervisors don＇t have the relationship of contractual rights and obligations with the university, and in the school management systems concerned, the meaning of ＂claim＂ is more than the meaning of ＂regulation＂, and the drive of the work the supervisors go about derives from their pursue of diverse cultural value objectives, and there exists a stronger joint-product attribute within the group of the supervisors.
