摘　　要：21世纪上半叶,中国将成为老龄化程度最高的发展中国家。而老年痴呆是老年人中常见的疾病,并且根据我国老龄化程度农村比城市高的特点,防止农村老年人患此种疾病就成了重要任务。因而在现代医学模式的指导下提出预防老年痴呆的三级预防措施。In the first half of the 21th century, China will become the country with the highest level of aging among the developing countries. Alzheimer is a common disease among old people. According to the characteristic that rural has a higher level of aging in China than urban, to prevent the rural elderly suffering from this disease has become an important task. Therefore, with the guidance of the modern medical model, the tertiary prevention strate- gy of Alzheimer has been put forward.
