摘 要:我国研究生教育进入发展的转型期——内涵发展阶段。研究生教育的前期发展是以形成规模并规范的研究生教育为主要目的,是以政府为主的推动行为,而转型期的内涵发展是以高校切实发挥人才培养的主体作用,以研究生成长成才为中心,形成自主人才培养模式、机制等优势和特色的研究生教育为主要目的,是以高校为主的行为。解析了我国研究生教育质量建构的更多问题来自于培养单位内部,界定了研究生教育内涵发展的当前需求,并从高校落实"人才培养"功能、利于各类"人才辈出"的角度,提出基于学生发展和个性化等五个导向下的内涵发展的实践主题。The postgraduate education in China has entered a transition stage of connotative development. The early stage of the development of postgraduate education focused on establishing scale and standards, with the government acting as the main driving force. In the transitional period of connotative development, however, institutions of higher education play a practical role in talent cultivation. The aim is to establish an independent cultivating mode and mechanism for graduate education, with colleges and universities as the major actors. This paper analyzes many problems arising from the inside of institutions and defines the current needs for the connotative development of postgraduate education. Themes of practice are also proposed based on five orientations including talent cultivation and students' personality development.
