β-环状糊精与麦芽糊精的不同配比和不同酒精浓度对灵芝冲剂质量的影响

摘  要:通过测量冲剂颗粒指标:成形性、堆密度、停止角、溶化率和吸湿性,研究β-环状糊精与麦芽糊精不同配比和酒精浓度对灵芝冲剂质量的影响。结果显示:β-环状糊精和麦芽糊精的配比处理在70︰30~80︰20之间,颗粒成形率均大于85%,200 kg/m^3<堆密度<600 kg/m^3、停止角<45°、溶化后无沉淀、吸湿率<6%,堆密度、停止角、溶化率和吸湿性均符合标准;在酒精浓度60%~90%处理中堆密度、停止角、溶化率和吸湿性均符合标准,酒精浓度≥60%的处理符合颗粒成形性标准,以酒精浓度为70%为最佳,成形率达96.4%。The formula and the different alcohol concentration impact on the quality of Ganoderma lucidum infusion were studied by measurement of particle index: formability, bulk density, stop Angle, melting rate and moisture absorption. The result shows that formation rate were greater than 85% treatment as 70:30~80:20, 200 kg/m^3〈Bulk density〈600 kg/m^3, Stop Angle 〈45 °, no precipitation, moisture absorption rate after melting〈6%. Bulk density, stop Angle, melting rate and moisture absorption are accord with a standard. Of all the alcohol concentration processing bulk density, stop Angle, melting rate and moisture absorption are accord with a standard, but process accord with standard of pellet formability treatment as the alcohol concentration≥60%, and alcohol concentration was 70%, best forming rate was 96.4%.
