摘　　要：大学生法治观念淡薄,发生违法犯罪行为的原因是多方面的,但是从"在校大学生"这一群体的自身特点出发,其法律意识和法治观念的缺失是一个主要原因。在全面推进依法治国的背景下,关注在校大学生法律意识状况,对当代大学生法律意识和法治观念缺失进行分析,并有针对性地提出解决方案,以此培养大学生的法治观念和法治思维,无疑具有极为重要的理论意义和实践价值。For college students＇ weak concept of the rule of law, criminal acts occur for many reasons. But from the characteristics of ＂college students＂, their lack of legal awareness and the concept of the rule of law is a major reason. In the background of promoting the rule of law, it has extremely important theoretical and practical value to focus on the status of legal awareness of college students, analyze the lack of legal awareness and the concept of the rule of law of contemporary college students, and put forward solutions as to foster the concept of the rule of law and the thinking of the rule of law of college students.
