摘  要:本文针对高等医学院校临床教学模式的改革,论述通过多媒体技术,结合问题式教学及案例教学法提高医学生在神经病学的临床见习教学过程中对血管神经病学的兴趣,培养学生积极思考、团队协作、查阅文献的主动学习能力,同时训练医学生的临床思维能力和实际操作能力,达到把教学模式从以"教师教学为中心"转变为以"学生学习为中心"的目的,辅助循证医学和人文教育,提高血管神经病学的教学质量,真正把医学生培养成为综合素质全面提高的临床医师。In order to reform the teaching mode in medical colleges and universities, we discuss the teaching reform by multimedia technology, problem-based learning and case-based learning method so as to increase the interests of medical students to vascular neurology in the process of probation of neurology. This teaching mode is also aiming to cultivate the medical students the abilities of active thinking, team working and literature retrievaling. It can also help the medical students to increase the abilities of clinical thinking methods and practical skills. In this way, the teaching mode could be changed from “teacher-centered mode” to “students-centered mode”. Associated with evidence-based medicine and humanistic education, to increase the quality of teaching and help the medical students to grow up to multiple talents and high quality clinical doctors.
