摘　　要：导师负责制是当前研究生教育的主要制度之一。导师作为研究生教育的第一责任人,所提供的指导行为对研究生的学习、科研,乃至思想道德的培养等均发挥着重要作用。针对过往有关导师指导的概念内涵、风格类型及影响后果进行回顾和总结,并在此基础上指出了未来可能的研究方向。Mentor guidance is one of the main systems of the current graduate education.As the first responsibility person of postgraduate education,the mentor provides the guidance which plays an important role for the graduates＇ study,scientific research,and the ideological and moral training. This paper reviews and stmmmxizes the concept,style-types and impact of the previous mentor guidance,and points out the po- tential future research directions on this basis.
