摘  要:目的 探讨多种教学方法在肿瘤外科临床实习带教中的效果。方法 本次研究对象为2013年7月~2016年3月在我科室进行实习的肿瘤外科专业实习生共50名,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组25名,采用传统教学方法,研究组25名,用多种教学方法联合带教,包括多媒体技术教学法,PBL教学法,临床路径教学法。比较两组带教效果及学生对教学方法的满意度。结果 研究组理论得分、操作技能得分及总分与对照组比较更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。研究组对教学方法的总满意程度与对照组比较更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 多种教学方法更有利于提高学生的理论知识、操作技能,且能刺激学生的学习积极性,有效提高满意度,可推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of a variety of teaching methods in surgical oncology clinical practicing teaching.Methods 50 intern of surgical oncology department were selected from July 2013 to March 2016, according to the randomly table they were divided into two groups, 25 cases in the control group, used traditional teaching methods, study group had 25 cases, with a variety of teaching methods combined with teaching, included multimedia teaching method, PBL teaching, clinical pathways pedagogy. The effect of teaching and student satisfaction with teaching methods of two groups was compared.Results The theory score, skills score, and total score of the study group were higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The overall satisfaction level of teaching methods of the study group was higher compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Variety of teaching methods help to improve students'; theoretical knowledge, skills, and can stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, improve satisfaction, could be applied.
