摘  要:梅氏热历螨是亚洲地区重要的蜜蜂害螨之一,以吸食蜜蜂封盖子期幼虫的血淋巴为生,常导致大量封盖幼虫和蛹变形或死亡,勉强出房的工蜂也会出现体型畸形,致使蜂群的生产力严重下降,直接影响蜂群的发生发展。从蜂群中采集梅氏热厉螨,用纯化水清洗后采用扫描电镜观察其外部形态特征及结构,了解梅氏热厉螨颚体、螯肢、须肢、足等的外部形态和结构特点,以期为梅氏热厉螨的鉴别及行为、生理功能的研究提供参考。Tropilaelaps Mercedesae is one of important harmful mites of honeybees in Asia regions, and lives on sucking the hemolymph from larvae of honeybees during sealed brood period, often resulting in the deformation or death of a large number of larvae and pupae in sealed brood; the worker bees that barely fly out of the hive also appear the deformed body, resulting in a serious decline in the productivity of bees, which directly affects the occurrence and development of honeybee colony. The living mites from Tropilaelaps Mercedesae were collected from the colony, and then the external morphological characteristics and structure of the mites were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) after cleaning with purified water. The results showed that the external morphological and structural characteristics of mites such as gnathosoma, chelicera, pedipalpus, foot and the other parts were observed and recognized, with a view to providirg a reference for the identification of Tropilaelaps Mer- cedesae and the research on its behavior and physiological function.
