摘  要:创新法治人才培养机制,应明确我国法学教育的职业化定位,改革课程体系和教学方法。情境式案例教学法集情境式教学法和案例教学法为一体,借助情境的直观性和案例教学的实务性,使学生在课堂教学环境中进入案例的实务操作情境,有利于法学教育和司法实务的沟通。法律文书课程是法学课程中覆盖法律实务操作环节最广的课程,情境式案例教学法的应用能促进学生法律思维的形成和实务能力的培养。Innovation of legal talents training mechanism, we should make clear the professional orientation of legal education in our country and reform the curriculum system and teaching methods. Situational Case Teaching Method compromises the Situational teaching method and the case Teaching Method. With the help of the Intuitive of the situation and the practicality of case teaching, it leads the students into a practical operation situation of the case in the classroom teaching environment, which is conducive to the communication between the legal education and the judicial practice. Legal Instruments course is the most extensive course including most of the legal practices. The ap- plication of situational case teaching method can promote the formation of students' legal thinking and the cultivation of practical ability.
