摘　　要：机能实验学作为一门基础医学实践性课程,是实施"卓越医师培养计划"。完善"5+3"模式的临床医学人才培养和本科教学的重要平台,机能中心长期坚持开展机能实验学技能大赛,改革人才培养模式,创新教育教学方法,有效解决医学生长期以来实践动手能力差的突出矛盾,为建设省级示范性基础实验教学中心,进一步增强基础实验课程在培养医学生科学素养中起到了作用。Functional experiment is a course that is essential for the realization of the Excellent Doctor Scheme and the improvement of 5 ＋ 3 model of training clinical medical workers. The center of medical function has been holding the competition for a long time. The competi- tions have proved effective in solving the problem of students＇ poor practical skills. The competitions also help build a provincial level demon- stration lab teaching center and help foster medical students＇ scientific quality.
