摘  要:目的:探讨护理本科生的学业自我效能对其自我导向学习能力的影响。方法:采用自我导向学习评定量表、学业自我效能问卷对395名护理学本科生调查。结果:护理本科生的学业自我效能与自我导向学习能力正相关(P<0.01),且是其重要的影响因素。结论:护理教育者可通过提高护生的学业自我效能水平来提高其自我导向学习能力。Objective: To analyze the influence of academic self-efficacy on self-directed learning( SDL) among Nursing undergraduates. Methods: 395 Nursing undergraduates answered academic self-efficacy questionnaire and Self-Rating Scale For Self-Directedness in Learning( SRSSDL). Results: The scores of SRSSDL were positively correlated with those of academic self-efficacy questionnaire( P〈0. 01). Academic self-efficacy was one important influencing factor of SDL. Conclusions: Educators could improve Nursing undergraduates' SDL abilities by increase their academic self-efficacy.
