摘 要:基于对204家中小企业的问卷调查,对中小企业社会责任行为的动因进行分析。研究发现,制度同构力和组织资源共同驱动了企业的社会责任行为。其中模仿性同构力、规范性同构力直接影响企业社会责任,强制性同构力对企业社会责任的影响不显著。先前绩效、组织能力、高管影响力对企业社会责任行为具有显著影响。进一步研究发现,制度同构力与先前绩效、组织能力的交互项显著影响企业社会责任,但制度同构力与高管影响力交互项对企业社会责任行为的影响不显著。研究表明,企业社会责任行为具有社会建构与自我选择的意义。The Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) are becoming the crucial engine of the Chinese Economic Growth. How to improve the social environment, and lead the SMEs to develop healthy with morality are important to the national strategy. Combing the institutional and resource-based theory, an integrated framework was proposed for the motivation of SME CSR. Based on the survey of executive managers from 204 SMEs, we found that among the institutional isomorphism factors, the mimetic force and the normative pressure have a strong positive influence on SME CSR performance. Among the resource based factors, the previous financial performance, organizational capabilities and the executive social influence play a significant role in propelling the SME CSR activates. Besides, the interactive effect between the institutional isomorphism and the organizational resource also impacts the SME CSR. To the certain extent, the SME social responsible behavior is the outcome of both social construction and self-selection.
