摘　　要：班级是大学生成长和发展的最主要场所,通过班级文化来实现大学生全面发展是一条行之有效的途径和方式。高校班级文化应从思想理念、顶层设计、内容形式和贯彻执行着手,促进班级大学生全面发展,并从思想观念、顶层设计、形成内容和执行落实等方面提出了相应的策略。Class is the most important place for college students to grow and develop. It is an effective way and manner to achieve the comprehensive development of students by using the class culture. The study suggests that the class culture in colleges and universities should start with the ideas, the top-level designs, the contents and forms and the executions to promote the comprehensive development of students, and puts forward the corresponding strategies combined with the concrete practices.
