摘 要:针对我国科技园区发展主要依靠土地价格优惠及政府政策扶持等外生型因素、缺乏可持续性等问题,提出了生态化创新发展解决方案。选取中国台湾新竹科学工业园与中关村为典型案例,采用NVIVO10.0程序化扎根理论方法对案例园区开展纵向研究,总结3次译码,纵向分析了两园区生态化发展的具体措施,从初始期、成长期、成熟期3个阶段分析了科技园区生态化创新发展路径影响因素及运行机理,并构建生态化创新发展路径模型,提出了科技园区生态化创新发展路径的具体建议和措施。The development of Technology Parks in China mainly rely on land prices government policy support, other exogenous factor's and lack of sustainability. For these problems, the paper puts forward the solution of ecological innovation development path. Firstly select Zhongguancun and Hsinchu Technology Parks as typical cases. Then carry out a longitu-dinal study on the case parks under NVIVO10. D Strauss Procedures of Grounded Theory, sum up the process of ecological development of parks through three analysis. Analyze the influencing factors and operational mechanism of ecological innovation development path from initial stage, growth stage and mature stage, and built the model of ecological innovation development path. Finally, put forward the specific paths and measures of ecological innovation development from the initial stage,growth stage and mature stage.
