摘 要:鉴于很多普通高等院校在数控教学实践中存在的学生动手能力差、对数控机床内部结构了解不够等问题,根据传统数控机床的基本设计方法提出了一种可装配拆卸、可用于二次开发的实验室自制三轴运动平台。在Pro/E中建立三轴数控运动平台的3D模型,导入动力学软件ADAMS进行运动学和动力学仿真,输出速度、加速度、电机转矩和所消耗功率的变化曲线,并进行分析,验证了该数控运动平台设计的合理性。In view of the facts that student had poor hands-on ability and insufficient understanding to NC machine tool internal structure in NC teaching practice of many ordinary institutions of higher education,according to the basic request of the traditional CNC machine tool,a laboratory self-made three-axis motion platform was presented which could be assembled and disassembled,could be used for secondary development. The 3D model of three-axis CNC motion platform was constructed in Pro / E,then it was imported into ADAMS software to make kinematics and dynamics simulation,the change curves about the output speed,acceleration,motor torque and consumed power were analyzed. The rationality of the designed platform was validated.
