多维学术视角下大学基层教学运行机制转型

摘　　要：大学组织职能、管理体制、教学内涵的变化,要求作为高等教育体制基础和生命的基层教学运行机制也相应实现转型。多维学术观为大学基层教学运行机制转型提供了新的理论框架,依此提出了构建高校基层组织的四个新机制:人才培养导向的基层正式组织确立机制、专业建设与学科建设的一体化建设机制、科研和教学的协同发展机制、团队"从游"而进的共赢机制。The change of functions of university organizations,management systems and teaching contents calls for the transformation of college teaching operating mechanisms which are the basis and vitality of higher education. Multiple scholarships provide a new perspective on the transformation of such operating mechanisms. This paper puts forward three new perspectives on building college grassroots organizations： the integration of professional and discipline construction,the coordination of scientific research and teaching,and coordinated progress of academic teams.
