摘　　要：在新型城镇化建设背景下,社会经济结构、产业结构及生产方式的变革对劳动力提出了新的需求。在社会转型过程中,促进农村与城镇的顺利转型与有效衔接,都离不开人的积极作用。在新型城镇化背景下,担负着对农村劳动力进行专业化培养的农村职业教育,也有必要根据社会结构的调整,对自身的定位与功能做出新的调整与建设。The differentiation of the rural population structure leads a large number of rural labors to transfer into cities and towns. The social and economic structure, industrial structure and the transformation of the mode of production have put forward new demands on the labor force. In the process of social transformation, to promote the smooth transition and effective convergence of rural and urban areas, can not be separated from the positive role of people. Under the background of new urbanization, the rural vocational education is responsible for the professional training of the rural labor force, and it is necessary to make a new adjustment and construction of its orientation and function according to the adjustment of social structure.
