摘　　要：成人高等继续教育作为我国高等教育的重要构成要素,其价值尚未得到真正的发挥,原因在于未与社会的真实需求紧密结合。因此,构建基于社会需求的成人高等继续教育发展模式有助于推动成人高等继续教育的持续发展。该模式主要包括开展社会教育需求调查、确定真实需求、制定培养培训方案、开发课程资源、组织实施教学与开展效果评定六个环节。The adult higher continuing education play an important role in higher education field, and its value has not been played. The reason is that it is not closely integrated with the real needs of the society in the development process. To construct adult higher education development model based onsocial needs is helpful to promote the sustainable development of adult higher education. The model includes to carry out the investigation of social demand, To identify real needs, to develop training programs, to develop curriculum resources, to organize and implement teaehingactivities, and to implement effect evaluation.
