摘  要:自我导向学习是成人教育管理者最主要的学习方式。对于成人教育管理者的专业化来说,自我导向学习具有不可忽视的重要意义,有利于激发成人教育管理者的学习动机、增强成人教育管理者的专业素质和满足成人教育管理者的个性化专业需求。通过激发成人教育管理者的学习动机、营造良好有益的学习氛围、选择与执行有效的学习策略和加强培训教师的正确引导等,有效提高成人教育管理者的自我导向学习能力,提高其专业化水平。Self directed learning is the most important way of learning for adult education managers, and it has important significance for the professionalization of adult education managers. It is beneficial to stimulate the learning motivation of adult education administrators, enhance the professional quality of adult education administrators and meet the individual needs of adult education managers. By stimulating the management of adult education learning motivation, to create a good learning atmosphere, good selection and implementation of effective learning strategies and strengthen the correct guidance of adult teachers strategies, effectively improve the ability of adult education management self directed learning, improve their professional level.
