摘　　要：社区文化作为先进文化的一部分,在河北省获得长足发展,但是也存在一些问题。要充分认识社区文化建设的重要性,以人为本,全员努力,找到具有本区域特色的社区文化建设的道路,以增强河北省文化软实力。Community culture as a part of advanced culture, in Hebei opment, hut there are also some problems. We should aware of the im Province portance has made great devel- of the construction of community culture, and find a new people - oriented path of the regional characteristics of community culture construction ,to strengthen soft power of culture in Hebei.
