摘　　要：职业培训作为直接提升农民工就业水平的重要手段,越来越受到国家和地方政府的重视。以河北省为例,分析农民工职业培训存在的问题及成因,从人力资源开发视角对实施农民工职业培训提出对策,有利于促进农民工职业培训的开展。Vocational training as an important means to directly improve the level of employment of migrant workers, more and more attention by the state and local governments. Taking Hebei Province as an example, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of vocational training of migrant workers, from the perspective of human resources development to improve the vocational training system for migrant workers, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
