摘　　要：工匠精神自提出以来便引发社会广泛关注,关于其内涵与本质的界定一时众说纷纭。基于中国本土文化,探析工匠精神的意蕴,并通过分析技能型人才培育的困境,探讨工匠精神在技能型人才培育过程中的重要价值,是提出基于工匠精神的技能人才培育行动纲要的重要基础。The craftsman spirit has caused widespread concern since proposed. There are a lot of defi- nitions about its connotation and essence. Based on the Chinese native culture, this paper will analysisthe meaning of craftsman spirit . And throught analysising the plight of skilled talents training to explore the craftsman spirit＇s value in the cultivation of skilled talents. And then put forward the action Outline for the cultivation of skilled talents based on craftsman spirit.
