知识经济对护理工作的影响及对策

摘　　要：21世纪 ,知识经济的兴起给社会各行各业带来了深刻变化。针对知识经济对护理工作的影响 ,笔者从护理模式、护理工作职能、护理管理、护理教育 4个方面进行了探讨 ,并提出相应对策 :(1)树立新型护理质量观 (2 )加快护理信息网络建设 (3 )建立以人为本的护理管理模式 (4 )加强学习 ,做好知识储备与更新。同时强调了只有大力开展护理科技开发与创新 ,自觉遵循知识经济规律 。Knowledge economy has brought about important changes in all fields in the 21stCentury. In the paper the authors discuss the effect of knowledge economy on nursing in 4 aspects of nursing mode, nursing function, nursing administration and nursing education and meanwhile comes up with corresponding countermeasures: (1) building new concept of nursing quality; (2) speeding up the construction of nursing information network; (3) building a nursing rooted administration mode, and (4) keeping learning to update knowledge. At last, the authors points out only powerful development and renovation of science and technology in nursing and conscious abidance by the law of knowledge economy can promote the development of nursing work.
