摘　　要：学习贯彻新修订的《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》,对于高校中层领导干部选拔工作有重要意义和明确导向。要以此为基本规范,严格遵循,改进工作机制,完善配套制度,确保新时期高校干部选任工作的进一步科学化、规范化和制度化。Laming and carrying out the newly revised Party and Government Leading Cadres Work Regulations is of important meaning and clear guidance to the selection of middle-level cadres in higher education institutions. This regulation is the basic norm and should be strictly followed to improve the working mechanism, perfecting the supporting system and ensure the colleges and universities in the new period to select and appoint cadres in a more scientific, normalized and systematized way.
