摘 要:目的临床分析不同咬合垂直距离与咀嚼肌肌电、咬合力关系。方法选择我院收治的10例无牙颌患者,选择常规方法进行垂直距离确定,选择正常咬合垂直距离作为基准位,每间隔0.5 mm,确定13个垂直距离。结果经过分析后得知,无牙颌患者的垂直距离、咬合力呈正相关性,标准化咬肌、颞肌前束肌电值和垂直距离呈负相关性。结论针对无牙颌患者,垂直距离越大,最大咬合力就越大,正常咬合垂直距离,不是最大咬合力产生区域。随着垂直距离逐渐增加,咬肌活动显著下降,颞肌前束肌电活动没有咬肌明显。Objective To analyze the relationship between the different occlusal vertical distance and the EMG and bite force. Methods 10 patients in our hospital were selected from our hospital, and the vertical distance was determined by the conventional method. The normal occlusal vertical distance was chosen as the reference position, and the 0.5 mm was used to determine the 13 vertical distance. Results After the analysis that no edentulous patient with the vertical distance, bite force was positively correlated, the standardization of masseter, temporalis anterior bundle of EMG values and vertical distance was negatively correlated. Conclusion For the patients with no tooth jaw, the greater the vertical distance, the greater the maximum bite force, the normal occlusal vertical distance, not the maximum bite force producing region. With the vertical distance increased, masseter muscle activity decreased significantly, anterior temporal muscle EMG activity of masseter muscle is not obvious.
