摘 要:为分析滚动直线导轨固有频率与滚珠切向接触刚度影响因素的关系,在建立综合考虑切向与法向接触刚度的滚珠接触力学模型的基础上,采用拉格朗日方程完成对整个导轨动力学解析建模,推导出各振型的固有频率解析表达式.基于某系列导轨的固有频率数值计算,对比分析了有无切向接触刚度对整个导轨固有频率的影响,并进一步分析了预紧力和摩擦系数等切向刚度影响因素对整个导轨固有频率的影响.分析结果表明:考虑切向接触刚度的滚动直线导轨比未考虑切向接触刚度的固有频率稍高;5个固有频率均随预紧力的增加呈非线性增加;摩擦系数对低频侧翻振动影响最大,对偏航振动影响最小.With a contact mechanics model of ball established by comprehensively considering tangen-tial and normal contact stiffness,an analytical dynamic model of rolling linear guide was established by using Lagrange equation to analyze the relationship between natural frequencies of rolling linear guide and factors affecting the tangential contact stiffness of ball.According to this analytical dynamic model,analytical expressions of natural frequencies of each mode shape were derived.Based on the numerical calculation of natural frequency of a guide,the natural frequency values of rolling linear guide was contrastively analyzed in two situations,considering tangential contact stiffness and not. What′s more,the influence of the preload and friction coefficient on the natural frequencies of rolling linear guide were analyzed,respectively.The results show that the natural frequency considering tan-gential contact stiffness is slightly higher than that without considering.Five natural frequencies in-crease nonlinearly with the increment of preload of ball.The influence of friction coefficient on the values of the lower rolling natural frequency is the largest,and least influence on the yawing natural frequency.
