摘  要:以5株分离自婴儿配方乳粉及其加工环境中的克罗诺杆菌为研究对象,研究常用消毒剂对不锈钢、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃这3种材料表面克罗诺杆菌的影响。结果表明:当3种消毒剂处于一定浓度时,不锈钢表面残存活菌数量明显多于玻璃表面残存活菌数量且存在显著性差异。当过氧乙酸和过氧化氢的质量浓度为分别为3 g/L和35 g/L,二氧化氯为3 g/L时,在3种料上均未检测出克罗诺杆菌。本研究为婴儿配方乳粉生产及储存过程中克罗诺杆菌的防控提供理论依据,有助于选择合适材质减少克罗诺杆菌对婴儿配方乳粉污染的可能。5 strains of Cronobacter isolated from PIF and production processing were as the research object in this study.The research was car- ried out to study the effects of common disinfectants on the survival of Cronobacter spp. on the surfaces of stainlesssteel, teflon and glass. The results showed that: when the concentration of the disinfectants in the middle, the log CFU/coupon of Cronobacter on stainless steel surface was more than that on glass surface, there was a significant difference .When the w / v ofperacetic acid, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide was 0.3%, 3 000 ppm and 3.5%, respectively, Cronobacter spp.were not detected on the material surfaces. This study provided theoretical basis for the prevention and control, did contribute to select suitable materials to reduce the contamination of Cronobacter in powdered infant for- mula.
