摘　　要：介绍了西安交通大学先进外科技术与工程研究所、外科梦工场和第一附属医院秉承"夯基础,重实践,强技能"的理念,以"临床需求为导向、技能培养为核心、素质教育为主线",自2000年开始,在教育部、陕西省、学校等多个项目支持下围绕外科实践教学开展改革,在转变人才培养模式、搭建实践创新平台、整合教学体系内容、改革教学方法手段、培育师资及编写教材、提升学生综合素质等方面进行了深入研究与实践,取得了显著的成效。This paper mainly introduces surgical practice teaching reforms in the Advanced Surgical Technology and Engineering Research Institute and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi＇ an Jiaotong University. In accordance with solid foundation, more practice and strong skills, they took ＂clinical needs as the guidance, skills training as the core, quality education as the main line＂ from 2000 under multiple project support. And now after in-depth research and practice, they has achieved remarkable results in the transformation of personnel training mode, the construction of practical innovation platform, the integration of teaching system, reform teaching methods, training teachers and compiling textbook. The students＇ comprehensive quality is obviously improved, and the purpose of the training of the excellent operation doctors is reached.
