摘　　要：临床执业医师资格考试是我国现阶段医师资格的准入考试,也是衡量各医学院校教学质量的重要标准。本文通过分析我校执业医师资格考试的现状和医学免疫学教学面临的问题,提出通过优化教学大纲、改革教学方式、调整考试方式对医学免疫学教学进行改革,构建以临床执业医师资格考试为导向的教学新模式,为培养合格的临床医生打下坚实的基础。The medical licensing examination is an examination of the current medical qualification in our country, and it is also an important standard to measure the teaching quality of medical colleges and universities. In this paper, by analyzing the current situation of the medical licensing examination and the medical immunology teaching in our university, we reformed the teaching of medical immunology by optimizing the syllabus, reforming the teaching methods and adjusting the examination methods. These teaching reforms will help to form a new teaching mode based on the medical licensing examination and lay a solid foundation for the training of qualified clinicians.
