高校内部教育质量保障系统与过程管理创新研究——基于系统混沌理论的视角

摘　　要：从系统混沌理论的视角看,高校内部教育质量保障的创新过程管理其关键是通过激发教育质量保障创新混沌的产生、引导教育质量保障创新混沌的发展和促进教育质量保障创新混沌的稳定,从而保证高校内部教育质量保障系统不断从低级有序走向高级有序。因此,高校内部教育质量保障创新过程管理需要创造教育质量保障创新混沌的诱发条件,引导教育质量保障创新混沌过程的发展方向以及促进教育质量保障创新混沌的协调统一。From the perspective of system chaos theory, the key to the innovation of the process management of the assurance system for Education Quality is to stimulate the generation of the innovation chaos of the assurance system of the Education Quality, to guide its development and to promote its stability so as to successfully promote the Educational Quality Guarantee System transformation from the lower level to a higher one. Therefore, the innovation of the process management of the assurance of the education quality in universities needs to create induced conditions of chaos, to guide the direction of its development and to promote the coordination and unity of innovation chaos.
