摘 要:课堂教学是提高教学质量的关键,长期以来,五年制课堂教学的情况处于较差水平,导致五年制教学质量的低下,主要表现为学生学不到应有知识和技能,教师的职业价值观和成就感遭到严重的挫败。本文对五年制课堂教学的现状和原因进行分析,从教学理念、教学模式、教学方法和手段、教师素质等方面提出几点看法,以提高五年制课堂教学的有效性,改善教学效果。Classroom teaching is the key to improving teaching quality, but for a long time, the effectiveness of five-year classroom teaching is poor, leading to poor quality of five-year teach- ing, mainly reflected in students' failure to grasp necessary knowledge and skills and teachers' severe frustration in professional values and sense of achievement. This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of five-year classroom teaching, and proposes several views on teaching ideas, teaching models, teaching methods and means, and teachers' qualities, in order to improve the effectiveness and teaching effect of five-year classroom teaching.
