摘  要:高校教育生态系统中,辅导员的专业定位存在一定现实困难,专业地位认知差距较大,专业知识与技能有待提升,专业态度亟待重视。因此要通过改善辅导员工作的生态环境,实现辅导员知识和技能的生态循环,维持高校生态系统平衡来促进辅导员专业发展。In higher education ecosystem, there are some practical difficulties in counselors' professional orientation and there are great differences among their cognitions of professional orientation, so their professional knowledge and skills remain to be improved and their professional attitude should be paid attention to. Therefore, the ecological environment of counselors' work should be improved, so as to realize the ecological cycle of counselors' knowledge and skills and promote counselors' professional development by maintaining the balance of university ecological system.
