摘　　要：付出-回馈失衡模型是工作压力理论的经典模型,主要是从社会交换理论的角度研究工作压力的产生机制以及作用机理。后被迁移到教育领域,为相关教育问题的研究提供了一个新的理论视角。文章运用付出-回馈失衡模型对中小学生的学业压力进行分析,并在此基础上提出有针对性的建议对策,对缓解中小学生学业压力提供有益借鉴。As a typical model of work pressure theory, effortfeedback imbalance model mainly studies the generation mechanism and function mechanism of work pressure from the angle of social exchange theory. After its introduction into the field of education, it provides a new theoretical perspective for the studies of relevant educational issues. This paper uses this model to analyze the academic pressure of primary and secondary school students, and puts forward targeted suggestions, aiming to provide some beneficial references for relieving their academic pressure.
