摘  要:以广东某高校为调查对象,采用访谈法和问卷法探究当前高校就业指导课程现状,结果表明:该校就业指导课程理念先进、前沿,但规范性、科学性和实践性不强;存在课程需要全程化与碎片化、学生需要与师资不足、责任主体与责任划分之间矛盾;课程质量与教师水平和学生感兴趣程度相关。以此为鉴,高校应改善课程结构,适当增加课程难度、实用程度,提升教师质量和数量,大力发展创业教育,加强学科建设,注重课程创新,明晰责任主体,才能将就业指导课程作用真正落到实处。In order to explore the undergraduate course situation in career guidance today, take a univer- sity in Guangdong Province as an example, using interviews and questionnaires to find out about career guid- ance course on the current status. The results show that this university has advanced, cutting - edge concept of career guidance courses,but the normative, scientific and practical is not enough, having the contradictions between the presence of the whole curriculum needs and fragmentation, students' needs and the shortage of teachers, the main responsibility and the division of responsibilities. And the quality of the course is related to the quality of teachers and the interest. As a result, universities should improve the course structure, intro- duce more talent, develop entrepreneurship education, strengthen the discipline system of the career guid- ance, focuse on curriculum innovation and clear the main responsibility, so that the career guidance courses could play a greater role.
