预防医学专业推行本科生导师制的探讨

摘　　要：预防医学本科生教育是我国高等医学教育中不可缺少的一部分,为国家培养公共卫生事业的储备军。近年来,医学高等教育面临着国际化和终身化的考验,这对医学教育本身提出了更高的要求,对医学教育模式、个性化培养提出了新挑战。本科生导师制在中国高等医学院校的推广和普遍采用证明,实行预防医学专业本科生导师制有助于培养具有应用型、创新型公共卫生人才,有利于促进学生的个性化培养和发展,提升其自我学习能力、创新意识、科研素养和人文素质。在取得让人肯定的成效的同时,本科生导师制的实施仍需进一步的探讨、改革和完善。文章就预防医学专业本科生教育阶段实施导师制进行探讨。Undergraduate education of preventive medicine is an indispensable part of higher medical education in our country,which cultivates the reserve force for the national public health. The undergraduate tutorial system applied to preventive medicine education proves to be beneficial to promote students＇ individualized cultivation and development,and raise their self- learning ability,innovation consciousness,scientific literacy and humanistic quality. The undergraduate tutorial system still needs further investigation,reform and improvement.
